Can you answer why this piece does not appear on the retirements list and all the other LAL do?

Is it a mistake or will he still be available.

I thought all of these LALs were limited editions anyway - I thought they "retired" when they reached their total number allotment.
Perhaps all the others have already reached their number and the last few are sitting in the RHD warehouse waiting to be distributed and Peter, being one of the last produced, still has a few to go?
