bulldog beefeater

hello,
just started collectin doggy people (bulldogs) and on ebay is a bulldog beefeater on sale can anyone tell me when this came out and if its real.
my english is not so good i'm from the netherlands.

Hi Rebecca, and welcome to the forum!

Yes it is real! We introduced the Bulldog Beefeater CC66 in 1994, but has since been retired, so it is not in the current collection.
