Things are manic around here at the moment so don't have the spare time maybe in the winter we could start up some more polls.

Or ask macca he has plenty of time on his hands being a student :D

Bloody smillies are a long way down the page again the sooner those pieces have retired and dissapeared the better.

I'm all up for Black Bob - I think he'd make a great piece. Perhaps on a special wooden base (I'm sure they've done a Doggie People figure on a wooden base) with Bob in a Scottish Highlands setting. With or without his master, either way is good. Like Snibbo said, this could be a great limited edition, as I'm sure it wouldn't appeal to everyone.

I'd prefer to have Hungry Horace to Greedy Pigg in the "characters that eat lots" catergory.

Yes, but he started off in The Dandy in the 30s.

Actually it's Macca BA (Hons) now, having graduated in July :p.

With practically the whole range of characters being withdrawn, i would like to see more scenarios involving these characters who are not Dennis, Dan or Bash Street. If the collection is just going to revolve around these characters its going to get boring eventually.

I would love to see scenarios involving characters which come directly from the pages, not just the characters above. I'll try to describe.

Lord Snooty and his Pals. A base with similar thickness to Dennis 50th and coloured with colours associated with the character. In the centre is Snooty perhaps with Rosie or Snitch & Snatch in a memorable scene from the comic strip. In one corner is the title of the character / strip in similar style as it would appear in the comic, and below in another corner is the dates to which the strip ran to and from (1938-1990). Can apply to the adventure / story strips as well. This way perhaps new characters can be brought into the designs, and would be an interesting range. ''Beano and Dandy through the years''.
