Doggie people double figurines for sale

Hi,

I have two Doggie People Country Couples coming up for sale shortly. One is of two hikers and the other of a foxhunt (?). They are in mint condition with all stickers intact and are boxed. Does anyone know how much they are worth? I know they are incredibly rare as Harrops stopped making them as so many got broken. I've already sold loads on Ebay (66oranges) but didn't know what sort of price to start these off at. I'd be grateful of any help. :confused:

Hi beleive it or not most of the double pieces I have seen go on ebay fetch around £70 less than some of the single pieces but then I don't know which are the rarer double pieces so you may have a gem I don't know.

:confused: I have bought and sold some of these doubles on e/bay, and have found mainly that they do not reach their true market value (speaking mainly as a collector) It really is down to how many people need it for their collection, and if 2 bidders bid against each other for the same item. Personally you could start at £30 as a reserve price and hope for the best. ;)

Sorry Poppy, I meant Country Couples and not doubles!! Does this affect what you said or am I suddenly going to be a millionaire??? (Wishful thinking)
