Was Thurderbirds a sister agency to stingray:)

According to some of the literature (and I think I put it in one of the box inserts) Gordon Tracy started out at WASP, the World Aquanaut Security Patrol that is essentially Stingray, so I guess they did co-exist, but to my knowledge never crossed over. Also, Stingray is a Government Agency while Thunderbirds is a private venture started by Jeff Tracy.
