Okay so we all know just how great this collection is, we all know it's one of the best collection's Harrop have ever done maybe only outdone by the roald dahl collection. But i was wondering, is this the complete collection finished now?

We have all of the Mr Benn characters from the shows i believe, a few sub characters, a shop front, and a musical box, and they are all magnificent in every minute detail, now hopefully that will be that. No more pieces. Twenty One pieces makes a nice set, job done, fantastic collection, now let's not go into overkill and ruin it like other collections we could all name.

Okay maybe two or three new ones would be cool!

I have my collection sitting nicely in a cabinet for the first time after packing away some odds and sods BD pieces that had been wasting cabinet space. It looks superb now!

More smaller collections please RHD.

Maybe just 3 more pieces to make it 24? The mermaid and the lion would be nice?? or a festive road piece like the shop front? Anyone that hasnt got the 21 pieces or any at all please see me as I can do a great deal!!

You will have to do a great deal windy, they are half price in the rhd back catalogue at the moment. what a great buy that is for one of rhd's best collections.

There are 2 pieces missing from the original TV show, being the Balloonist and the Aladdin.

Why so negative uncle feedle? Let's cheer it from the rooftops for more mr benn!

just negative because of there being 2 short, and no new releases, because it's what happened to the Bagpuss collection. They finished 2 mice short.

You won't have that one .........maybe we could do a deal.

I've been informed that there may well be no more Mr Benn figures. Such a shame, just like the Bagpuss collection RHD come up short.

Seems to me they should be retiring the over blown collections like BD and CG and concentrate on the smaller collections otherwise they will not be getting any new collectors, as few as they are right now.

It's disappointing, but not unexpected with recent developements.

Im told that the Mr Benn range was non-profit making, hence maybe the delay in the last few pieces?

I would imagine all the collections (maybe not DP but who knows in these times) are non profit making at the moment, doesn't stop RHD churning out repeats of those collections, yet Mr Benn collectors miss out on a full set as did the Bagpuss and Thunderbirds collectors. It simply isn't good enough.

Someone suggested (i can't remember who, i apologise to them) that maybe it should be announced what figurines are planned in advance for a collection, in view of recent developements i feel this is such a good idea.

Who said there wasn't going to be any more Mr Benn? In fact I have left posts in the contrary, you may have to be a little patient though (and that includes Thunderbirds Carla).

Someone from RHD just this week told me, maybe i read it wrong. Well at least you give us hope Dan :)

I suppose it was up in the air, so I can understand confusion.

No need to apologise, it was me and somebody else I believe. I'm not a Mr B collector, they are very nice though, so I hope your wish is granted. :)

Linda, I'm just hoping we will get a nice limited edition to finish the set, a LE50 of maybe the Balloonist would be cool

It is much appreciated, it looks like the Mr Benn collection needs as much support as it can get.
Which is strange considering it is a set that you can go and buy as a complete set i would have thought that is important. They are also cheap on Ebay at the moment, but then isn't everything.
