Ah got you looking....

Place any ideas, you have for new pieces you would like to see produced on here. Not just names, but describe what the characters could be doing / interacting. - Christmas pieces, limited editions, musical boxes, new characters and poses, free gifts etc.

Then comment on other peoples ideas / defend your idea on the forum, form a discussion. You never know if many like the idea, then perhaps the idea could be put forward to the designers etc.

Get thinking caps on and lets see your brainstorming transpire into an all new top seller at Harrops (perhaps)

MB02 When Eric eats a banana....

Musical box to the theme tune of the classic 80's Bananaman cartoon where a small boy named Eric eats a banana, and turns into bananaman.
It would be cool to somehow have Bananaman and Crow flying in a circular motion as the music plays, and perhaps below him on the ground is Chief O'Reilly on the phone, General Blight trying to hide, and perhaps the Professor Gloom with one of his inventions.

OK with 4 adult characters plus crow and it being a musical box may up the price, maybe £70 but this would be brilliant, and the Bananaman cartoon was way better than the Dennis one could hope to be...

i'm not sure if this is really relevent but i would love to see a new range of movie themed statues, having just got judge dredd in hand and put him up i stood looking at him and started thinking he would look great with some other movie icons there beside him, like robocop, terminator, and deffo some statues from resident evil.
I doubt this would ever be considered as a RH line but it would seriously be great, i have looked around for movie statues but the best i can find are macfarlane movie figures which are not really the same, but a movie range from RH you can guarenteee it would be good quality and great to display.
:)

Movie Icons would be great... however i believe that Harrops have a policy or something that only British cartoons, characters etc would be produced. The Judge Dredd is based on 2000AD a British comic, not the Sylvester Stalone movie. So Terminator and Robocop - no, Harry Potter, Eastenders and James Bond yes, Wacky Races and Bugs Bunny no Rupert the Bear and Super Ted yes.

why would anybody but figures of the eastenders freaks? all they do is moan, and kill or emotionally destroy each other

i was thinking the same thing dodger.
shame about the british policy but still there are some decent ideas from british films books etc, like harry potter, i know my step son would love those he's a real potter fan so we'd buy those, here's a few brit films to go by
doctor who
dracula
hellraiser
curse of frankenstein
curse of the werewolf
Ali-g
james bond
there are deffo better american movies but those could set some good statues :-) lol i know i know dreaming again.

Macca

There's nothing wrong with Eastenders.... its better than all the other British soaps out there and it probably wasn't the best example

doctor who
dracula - crap
hellraiser - crap
curse of frankenstein - crap
curse of the werewolf - crap
Ali-g - crap
james bond

why not go for pride and predjudice whilst your at it

now i think dr who would be a good collection, with ten doctors, numerous assistants, countless number of aliens, not forgetting Darleks and Cyberman

bond - 6 bonds, 2 M's 2 Q's 3 Moneypenny's the bad guys, the gals, random friends who get killed

anyway i think cartoons / comics are the preferable collection ideas

so: mr men, super ted, tin tin, thomas the tank engine,
fireman sam, noddy, postman pat, rupert the bear, the shoe people, poddington peas, the herbs, animals of farthing wood, beatrix potter, dangermouse, stingray, wimpole village, Excalibur (okay Marvel comics BUT: were exclusive to Britain, based in Britain etc), british landmarks...

Back to beano and dandy

Colonel about to fire one of his cannons, dennis has replaced the cannonball / empty with stink bombs, - he can be seen hiding in a bush, and two random people are about to walk past and blasted with stink bombs. A box has been left to indicate the presence of stink bombs...

How about Roger's 50th Anniversary. I know he started around the same time as Minnie and the Bash Street Kids, and had a break, but came back in the 50's and has been around since. So i think that Roger deserves to have a piece depicting his 50 years when that comes about. No what could be be doing - the flat tyre dodge to catch the bus using a balloon - classic dodger

I would like to see some more of the Beano/Dandy covers made into figurines. One that I particularly remember from my childhood is the Beano cover from 1980 (possibly '81) with all of The Bash Street Kids up on the desk in a makeshift band with Teacher & Cuthbert at the classroom door looking shocked. I would also like to see Lord Snooty's gang and also Pie-Face & Curly. I also think Dennis, Gnasher, Gipper & Rasher in the same kind of idea as +Bea=3 would be a good one. The scope is amazing for future figurines.

Be honest, 'Stenders is trash. You're right, all they do is moan, move house, eat chips, drink coffee, go to the laundry, fight, get their car fixed, all broken up with an hourly visit to the Vic. Considering most of them are without decent jobs how do they afford to drink so much. not to mention when they move house they manage a full refurb, not just a DIY bodge job coat of paint!!!

Id lie some pie fice, curly and a few opf banaman's enemies. Maybe even Les Pretend.

Oh, and isn't it "Robert harrop-Family Collectables"? Don't think that the Terminator and Resident Evil fits into that category, no matter how mean the "resident parents" are!!!

Bananaman could have his own Spin Off collection with characters from the comics and his tv programme

General Blight, Professor Gloom, Appleman, Weatherman, Skunkwoman, Bubblegum Bert, Chief O'Reilly, Crow, Eric Wimp,

Same with Dennis:
Dennis, Gnasher, Mum, Dad, Bea, Gnipper, Rasher, Pie Face, Curly, Walter, Bertie Blenkinsop, Spotty Perkins, Nervous Rex, Sergeant Slipper, Colonel, Walter's parents, Foo-Foo, Gnanette, Gnatasha, Gnorma, Gnorah, Gnaomi, Dennis' Gran, Teacher, Dasher?

Lord Snooty:
Snooty, Aunt Matilda, Swanky Lanky Liz, Thomas, Scrapper Smith, Rosie,
Big Fat Joe, Snitch, Snatch, Happy Hutton, Skinny Lizzie, other kid whos name i've forgotten, Gertie the Goat, Mary?, the butler, Angus the stag, and the little puppy - Pongo,

Dan:
Dan, Dawg, Aunt Aggie, Danny, Katie, Little Bear and her cat/puma, The Mayor, Dan McGraw, Cactusman,

Angus the stag for a year piece or in the classic range please!

Macca

Come on, Freddy was around when it all began, he must have been popular enough to last all the way throught to the nineties at least.

Come on it is the best character name Freddy the Fearless Fly,
