The Curious Orange

Got the Autumn Journal last night.
Cinta, I know you don't have a lot of room for the noticeboard page, but I do wish you could print some of those photos a little bigger! Is there any chance of adding a Member's photos page to the website? Then we could view these things in their full glory! (I love looking at other people's tasteless wallpaper!)
I notice that the two collectors who sent in pictures of their railway set-ups (bizarre co-incidence or what?) had one thing in common - they had separated their CG figures from the little cobblestone bases.
Following a certain distress at this vandalism (I noticed even Winnie had lost her balloon) I started wondering how exactly they had done this. I can't imagine ceramic resin is an easy thing to cut and sandpaper down!
Does anyone have any advice on how you would go about doing this?? I must admit, I've sometimes thought of doing the same myself :) :)
