Yes it's that time of the year again, and if anybody needs evidence of this, just a short trip to Evil Bay should satisfy your curiosity:
6221554121 - Empty box, starting price 99p (& £1-00 P+P). What ever happend to Mr Empty Box who was a regularly contributor on this forum.
6221548863 - Great item for displaying you figurines, but check out the postage £5-00, Are you 'aving a laugh? How can it possibly cost £5-00 to send a few small bits of cardboard in the post?
8229595093 - My favourite - advert says it all, seller's name says too much! :)

I have got the full cardboard stand and it is quite bulky (also got a couple of back drops as well from the collectors event). I would think that if the whole thing was parcelled well and sent first class recorded then there probably wouldnt be much change out of a fiver.
Im very interested in its selling price as mine was diddly squat from my retailer when they closed down.
Trouble is it doesnt fit in the cabinet!!!!

Those cardboard stands are heavy plus they would have to be protected in transport so I would say probably good postage price remebering you pay for packaging as well. Haven't looked at the others yet so can't comment why don't you download links and make it easy for us to look at?

I actually knew of a research scientist who was after toe nails for his research! Only thing was, the nails had to be a complete set of 10 and 5mm long. He was willing to pay a bottle of wine per set....Come to think of it, I never did get my bottle of wine

My answer to that is at least it means we don't argue.
