Could it be that the painter was Italian? - I believe that coffe is Italian for tops, so maybe that is what is inside that particular jar - just a thought?

This is by far the finest RH piece yet.

Picked mine up on Saturday, and yes, it is truly delightful.

A big well done to all at RHD for doing it again! It looks fantastic on the shelf next to the Fish Shop and the Bakery - the 3 pieces complement each other so well.

Mr Clamp's Greengrocer's Shop next, please...

I love the Post Office, but didn't spot any spelling mistakes. I'll check again when I get home.

My favourite piece this autumn (so far) has to be Johnathan Bell with the cow. A really great piece. I'm being lazy now as I don't have time to go through the DVD tonight, but does anyone know if the cow has a name?

- By the way, it is great to see Patch in the Post Office scene.

Jonathan Bell's cow doesn't have a name, IIRC, but she does give rise to one of the best comedy lines in the show.

Dr Mopp is asking how 'she' is, meaning Mrs Bell, but Jonathan misunderstands. The conversation ends with Jonathan saying: 'No, I'm not talking about my wife. I'm talking about the old cow.'
