I filled an order form out at the event for this piece and also filled out the form that was recently sent to members along with a cheque and sent it off on the 16th October and had no feedback as to whether I was getting one or not, and I am confused as it is now for sale in the factory shop. Is anyone else in this situation?

Don't worry Peter, I'm sure you'll be OK, drop Cinta a line if you want to double check though.
Due to the postal strikes we gave it a few days before we posted it on the site so that it gave enough time for the back-log of post to come in.
